Jay's new album~ Capricorn
.
"Taiwan's prince of Mando-pop Jay Chou merges music with the art of sorcery on his latest album, Capricorn, named after his own Zodiac sign. As Jay is especially adept in card tricks, his ninth full-length album features a retro poker card design. Jay appears in a playful double jack of spades image to match his two new songs "Magic" and "Clown". Jay's new principal song Dao Xiang ("Rice Fragrance") returns to the basic elements of music. Penned and composed by Jay, the song revolves around childhood experiences in a small village, and uses simple rhythm and natural sounds, including that of cicadas, accompanied by folk guitar and hip-hop beats."

REVIEW: I feel like this album has a much more progressive mature sound, which is just the right presentation I think all their fans were expecting. The title MIROTIC was created from the Korean word "miro" (which means "maze") and the English suffix "-tic." It's intended to mean being warped into the depths of a labyrinth. In a total of 12 songs, we can look at a lot of the tracks in different ways. Junsu wrote the lyrics for Look at... the Sunset (Track 3), a gorgeous ballad and ChangMin wrote the lyrics for the Korean version of love in the Ice, originally from their previous Japanese album T. Jaejoong also has a rap featured for the first time in Wrong Number, and a solo in the remake of Lee Yong's hit song in the 1980s, Forgotten Season (Track 11). (Read more info about the album and the boys at Seoulfull!) All in all, this is definitely the explosion that was expected from DBSK's return to the Korean music industry, and we have welcomed them back with open arms.
